Yes, it’s a QR code they must scan onto the bus with, We have a strict policy of no ticket no ride. Under no circumstances will a child be able to ride without a valid/scannable QR Code.
Bus service number/codes are very clearly displayed, if unsure please ask anyone from the transport team.
Every child is responsible for getting off at the correct bus stop. Our published timetable clearly shows which order the bus drops off.

If any child is found sharing a QR code, we hold the right to cancel the QR code, which means you will have to repurchase the full year ticket again to be able to travel on the services.
We would love to provide everyone with a door to door service, no, we are only permitted stop at pre- authorised bus stops we hold permits for.
All buses leave on time whenever possible, we will never leave early, so please ensure you are all at your stops 3 minutes before scheduled time.

Is it important and a legal obligation for all passengers to be Manifested. scanning the pass enables us to trace the child and their guardian/ parent in case of an emergency, we will know who to contact. Without a child scanning onboard, we have no trace.
Have a printed paper copy of your pass to ensure your child is always covered. We reject passengers without correct passes.
Rules :
- Do not pickup or drop children at the bus stop, Its illegal and can get us suspended from using that bus stop. If our drivers see this happening, we will suspend your child’s travel for up to 5 days.
- Always Park with respect for other road users and residents.
- Do not block the bus with your vehicle, we will suspend your child’s travel for up to 5 days.
